I would not use a fogger unless you have fleas in the apartment. You have be out of the area for several hours and then residue if everywhere - I would be very worried about a furkid getting this residue on their paws and licking it off. There are so many chemicals used in flea prevention that have proven to be deadly, especially for little dogs.
