My girl right now has a min pin coat not the fluffy puppy coat that you see most yorkie pups have. It is starting to grow out a little and I know she will have a regular yorkie coat when she matures. I want to know because her father has a reccesive short hair gean will she carry that on to her pups??
You question was answered. Your breeder knew that the sire carried the recessive gene and bred him anyway, it shouldn't have been done. Her knowing that she shouldn't have sold you a puppy that possibly carries that gene, let alone at 8 weeks of age with full breeding. Very irresponsible, don't continue the cyle.
