Sounds like fun to me
I don't get to travel much, but whenever I do I seek out the local "cuisine". The best so far was this tiny little family type restaurant in South Carolina, they had THE best fried chicken ever! Wish I could remember where it was, because the next year I was passing through, dreaming of that chicken, and I couldn't find it
