I am so sorry no one was awake to help you last night. I am afraid the little one with the intestines out will not make it unless you take it to the vet immediately and even then they seldom make it. How are things going now? Just for future knowledge, most breeders cut the cord themselves when the momma is whelping to prevent accidents like what happened to your puppy.
