I have to comment on the baby doll face , it's not the same breed however, describes a shih tzu puppy perfectly

sometimes a yorkie pup can also have the same look too. Or the teddy bear face > The two shih tzu puppies being held up are not the same ones, they are siblings.

My son is holding Miley up , and the 3rd picture is also Miley , baby doll face
