I have only had to have one c-section, and mother and babies all stayed together. So I am not much help there, sorry. I would continue to putting her in with the babies and stay with her. See if she will even allow the puppies to try and nurse. It will take her awhile to come around from being put under. You may have to continue supplemental feedings for tonight, but keep trying. If she will eat put some of the milk replacer on her food. If her milk doesn't drop good in a couple of days you can alway try a oxytocin injection to see if that will bring in the milk. My litter just born on Sunday just had to be put on another mother, Maevie just wasn't putting on enough milk
for 5 puppies and one was getting dehydrated. Good luck and keep us posted.
