Hmm.. I would be willing to foster him for 6 months as long as you covered his flea medicine/heartgard, vet visits, and handled all the paperwork and flying/transport costs. I could handle toys/treats/food/etc. I was going to foster for a rescue but if you need me send me a PM. I have one Yorkie and do dog sitting, so I will have probably one other dog here. Oh, he has to be semi-well behaved. Not bark too much, and friendly with dogs/people and our cat. If you think this would work I will have to confirm with my parents that it is ok.
