I am not sure who this YT member is, hopefully someone that is a good member. Otherwise, I would be nervous. This is a public board and we get some random crazy people sometimes, and when you post about giving away a Yorkie for FREE - lots of crazy's come out of the wood work.
Is he neutered? I hope so, as this would concern me too. I would hate for him to wind up in the wrong hands and just used as a breeding machine. That's the good thing about the Rescue. If he needs to be neutered, they will do that first before they place him
