The US has several military bases in Turkey and, technically, they are considered US soil. So what if you found a foster parent on one of the military bases for 6 months? Every base my husband and I have ever been on has a veterinary facility so Dolce wouldn't lack for good care. Would that be acceptable? There's got to be a way. |
