Some of the liver shunt symptoms are the same symptoms of hypoglycemia thats why I asked. Liver shunt is so common for yorkies that all yorkies should be tested with it. A bile acid test is given by your vet. Hopefully someone that is more familiar with the testing will come on and give you more info. It could be hypoglycemia since you say shes not eating also but its usually not as common if they are not a young pup or over 2 lbs. Not eating is also a symptom of a liver shunt
