I don't see why not (lightly cooking it helps with this problem too)! Spinach is one of those really good foods nutrition wise, (which I am sure if why it was chosen) but its like everything else - variety is a key to life! I just found out the hard way about it when I was eating it almost everyday for a while and my calcium levels dropped significantly.
