There are a lot of websites out there that help you analyze the ingredients in recipes to make it all easier to look at. Nutritiondata.com is one of the good ones. I believe caloriecount.com has one too.

The one thing I do have to mention from reading this recipe is (at least from a human nutritional standpoint) that raw spinach when eaten regularly consumed decreases the amount of calcium one would otherwise absorb. The oxalates in spinach combine with the iron in spinach - if you are are going beyond the daily calcium requirements you're ok! If not - then you have a potential problem as the normal amount of calcium won't be absorbed. (If anyone would like some research on this let me know.) Its can also also affect thyroid levels so I would be careful about feeding it daily to any dogs with thyroid issues as well. (Sadly, I know that one all to well - I miss spinach!)
