I, too, am crying with you, as I can see many more on here are too...As a senior, I've been through this more times than I would like to remember...I always remind myself that it is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all...I went through this 2 years ago this month, and I think the older you get, the harder it gets, because our "best friends" become so much more a part of our world, than when we were younger with so many things going on in our world...It took me a year and a half to finally decide to get my little Apple...I really wish, now, I had done it sooner...She didn't replace my love for Pebbles, she just started receiving all the love I have to give to my faithful companions...My prayers and my heart are with you...I pray you experience some peace in this time of difficulty... |
