Congratulations. First, decide where you want him to sleep. That was never a problem with me. Mine always slept in bed from day one. That's a decision only you can make.
I would definitely take your yorkie around friends as soon as possible, but I wouldn't take it around other animals or in grass other than your own until he has had his second set of shots. Socialization is extremely important from a very young age if you want a well-socialized puppy.
Training? What sort of training are you interested in? Potty training? There are a lot of threads on this site that you can research and decide if you want to train your yorkie to pee pads or to go outside. I'm just not sure what you were asking here.
You can leave your new puppy alone, but get an x-pen and you might want to line it with plastic on the bottom and put its food and water and toys as well as pee pads in there with it. DO NOT let your new puppy run loose in the house when you are not there. It isn't safe. You will need to puppy-proof your home re: electrical cords that can be chewed into which can be fatal as well as any other items that should be put out of reach. When I say puppy-proof, I mean the same thing as child-proofing your home. Get on your hands and knees and see what a little puppy might find interesting to chew on that could endanger it. You may also want to look up to read what poisonous plants and foods that are not safe for a puppy. Those can be found on this site, too, because they have been listed many times.
