Jenny immediately offered me a refund, even though I'd used the brush. (And let me add, the problem was completely of my making...not Jenny's.) Anyway, I sent the green one back to her and she sent me a black one by return mail...which is totally PERFECT for Zo.
**Ahem.** She also sent me a much appreciated and thoughtful gift, which is sure to bring me most excellent financial luck. 
There is no way you will ever find a better person to deal with than Jenny.

Wow, that's great customer service! Can I ask why you had to return your brush? Also, I'm not really understanding why the black brush was perfect, while the green one wasn't? Are they not the same, but just different colours?
