Temp will fluxate over the next few days. It's when it stays down for 12+ hours and even then you can't count on it. If it gets below 97 I'd call your vet, it's a sign that something is not right.
Better hope that she doesn't go prior to day 58 (preemie babies), preferrably 59-63.
As far as getting her temp up....it is what it is.
