If you board or groom you will have to have but some people wait untill they know they are going to do that to get it. Just from what Ive read on here I prefer the shot even though my Jewels had a slight reaction to one. Ive read of dogs getting kennel cough from the intranasal vaccine. But someone else might prefer it better
