I would wrap him in firmly in a towel and just pull one paw out at a time, this really cuts down on squiming, but I cut it too short once, and it bled, so I take him to the groomers to have it done, the back nails hardly need it, but the front paws need it every couple of months. Joey's breeder sometimes grooms him, and she can get him to lie still in her lap on his back, I saw it, but I still don't believe it, he didn't make a sound while she was doing it, she just has a way with dogs. |
