Something your pup's eating isn't agreeing with his digestive tract likely. My girl gets gas from anything chicken. If chicken is lower in the ingredient list, the gas is a little more mild (i.e., in some kibbles formula). When I fed boiled and/or raw chicken, she used to be seriously stinky gassing at a constant more than the twice a day you are experiencing now. This is also why I had to stop feeding her Halo's Wild Salmon formula because they had chicken lower on the ingredient list, but present all the same as she got a little gassy then also.
