Were talking Quebec... do they not run and rule Canada...

What some of you might now know.. is Canada's first language is English.. we have 10 provinces..like your states... and all of Canada has to be bilingual for the French.. but it is against the law in Quebec to post English signs on store's, restaurants etc... Montreal has mostly English.. but if you drive through quebec.. you will not see Engish signs.. so not surprised on this ruling at all..
