I live in Palacios south of Houston on the coast, but come into the city often. I've been to a cute boutique in Sugarland called A Dog's Life! Luxury Dog Boutique. It's a small store packed with so many cute things located right in front of the Sugarland city hall building by the fountain @ 16121 City Walk. Here's a link to their website: www.shopadogslife.com
While in there recently, the gentleman that was selling me my Innova Puppy food showed me some professional photos of a customer's yorkie. She was all dressed up for rodeo in one of them. Super cute photos. I believe he may know who the photographer is. Just a thought!
