sorry i cant help because i have the same problem. i get soooooo mad when Crunchy does it. when i wake up i'll find threads of carpet pulled up along the edges. i figure i've already lost my deposit btwn this and the occassional accidents on the carpet
....so hopefully i can get some tips from this post too.
