I was in the backyard with Tinky, my mother, and a friend. She absolutely LOVES the grass, so she was pouncing and hopping around, just like a
bunny. We were keeping a close eye on her, but then she went towards a corner of my lawn, probably around 4 feet away from us. I thought it was safe, but you know what happened?
A big
HAWK swooped over, zooming for Tinky thinking she was a little bunny. My mom screamed, which made the hawk startled, and he glided right over our heads, 3 feet away. I snatched Tinky up and ran inside.
Guys, I'm warning you, please watch your babies when you let them out.
Whether you live in the California area or not, just watch them incase,
I almost had a heart attack today.

I cannot let go of Tinky.
