 Wait a little while
Since this recently happened to miss Lily, I would recommend waiting it out. Lily fell off the bed, and since it was her first injury, we completely overreacted and rushed her to the ER -- turns out, she was fine.... I would suggest seeing how your baby favors the leg or not.....
If it keeps up for more than 3 days, I would have them checked out.
