No, I just registerd my litter online. It says per puppy charge. You must have had 3 puppies, to be $6. That's the total at $2 per puppy. I just now registered 4 puppies and it was $8 on the per puppy total.
It is the same online as mailed in.
If you notice your total it will be $25 plus $2 per puppy. Your total with 3 puppies will be $31 online.
