Maybe your girl isn't completely back to her normal self after the Spay. It has only been 2 days after her Spay. Ruby wasn't back to herself until 4 days after her Spay but she wasn't healed until over a week. Just be patient with her because she did just go through major sergury for a little dog. I say give her a week after the sergury to get back to herself and if she keeps it up after that time than start getting her in trouble and re-training her to her pee pads.
