Quicksilver - Thank's for the great tips, I'm going to try this, hopefully this weekend and see if I can get it to work. I know it'll take more than a day but it's a start.
Baxter - I don't crate her, so that I wouldn't be an option. But to greet people I just pick her up and let them smell her. I think everyone's less intimidating if she's more on there level.
