Thanks so much!! Unfortunately it fell through! We will have to keep searching, she had an offer and we gave her another offer but then someone gave her another one and I really don't feel it is worth that, I could find a house with at least another bedroom for the price the ppl offered her so it obviously wasn't ment for us! OH well
The search continues!! hehe
