1. Food is always a tricky question since there isn't a right answer for everyone. I personally feel Wellness to my 2 and that's because it works for my little guy with a super sensitive tummy.

2. Are you planning on crate training her? If so I would start her out in that right away. Sounds like you are all set with the blankets

3. Chew toys! Lots of them I still remember those razor sharp puppy teeth~

4. I keep mine short too and only bathe them about every 2 weeks (more if they are rolling around in gross stuff, which happens). I don't blow dry because they hate it but if you start her out early getting used to it I bet it will be a breeze.

Good Luck to you and your new baby~
Thank you for replying!!!

On the Wellness puppy food do you buy online or at a Petstore? I'm going today to Petco to see what they have.

Yes I do want to start out crate training her, should I put a puppy pad in her crate at night time? Or would it be okay to put her in a playpen at night with a puppy pad out and I will have her crate in the playpen with some water, toys and a blanket...only thing that concerns me is if she tried to chew on the puppy pad I am scared it will hurt her if swallowed some of the padding...as you can tell I'm very nervous I just want to keep her safe but want to make the transition to our home easy as possible.

Thanks and I look forward to your replies and I am loving reading these forums so many topics have already came up and I'm learning a lot already!
