I don't know if they have a website or not, but I have found it on Ebay before. My girls are not outside regularly, but when we go to meet-ups we are outside for several hours in places that would definitely have fleas. I spray my girls liberally, especially on the underside and I've never seen a single flea on them.
I'd say its worth a try - perhaps right before you're going to re-treat with Frontline and see what you think. The smell is pretty strong, so I don't use this as a grooming spray - just for outside stuff. It has lavender , tea tree, citronella and eucalyptus oils in it and you can definitely smell the tea tree/citronella!!!!!
