About the puppy mill thing in Missouri, i have found that yes this state has more than any other state, but you will be happy to know that the governement of this state is doing more to help that problem be resolved.

Why not write to your state legislators that you want this problem to stop and you want stronger and more harsh laws on breeders so this won't happen.

I have emailed my breeder several times to help him out in his process of registration and licensing in the state of MO, i have sent him an email with the Blue Ribbon Kennel Program link so that he can apply to become one of these if he'd like. This breeder as i've said over 20 times now, is NOT a puppy mill, he is not raising hundreds of dogs and selling them for ridiculous prices and then turning his back on the owners when they need help. He is an honest person, he helps the owners learn to raise their pups, and he loves and takes care of his babies just the same as any other person on here. He does this because he likes being around the puppies and he likes to see people happy. His kennels are clean and sanitary and he takes very good care of each and every mother, father, and puppy that he raises. His wife Linda also helps care for the puppies and they give them baths and trim their nails and feed them well and play play play with them everyday. A puppy miller wouldn't play with his puppies and let them chase him around the yard calling them by the names he's picked out and bringing them in the house for a bath and to cuddle with. This person could never harm a hair on a puppies head and doesn't let his puppies go until HE personally feels they are ready. He is knowledgeable and educated and though he may let puppies go earlier than most of you accept, he still looks out for what He personally feels is best for the pup.

So enough with the comments that I am getting my puppy from a puppy mill, i've had it with your rude and hateful remarks. IF you aren't here to be kind and help me to learn to care for my puppy then keep your opinions to yourselves. I don't want one more of this nonsense about puppy mills or how sick or disgusted you are.

I'm a very kindhearted, loving, sweet, and happy person, i've never in my life had so much trouble from strangers. I make friends everywhere I go and am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I only wanted to come on here to have good advice and support and encouragement as my little one grows up with me, but instead i've found a lot more of angry, hurtful, and rude people who can't keep their nose in their own business. I know i've asked for advice about the age of bringing home a puppy before, but i'm not asking for that advice anymore...and that's all it was, was advice, i didn't need all the rudeness and disrespect with those comments.

I'm done with this conversation, if you want to help me raise her and give me knowledge please do, if you want to talk about her age or where she came from, start your own thread somewhere else, it's not welcome here anymore..

Thank you all and have a nice day!!
No one is being rude here.

But you haven't answered all the questions asked of you such as:

Do you have 1000 or more dollars to put into the puppy if she gets sick? Just think about the what if she gets sick?

You never answered my question either:

Have you thought about getting an older Yorkie that is for sure healthy? An older one is just as cute.

I will bet if your puppy gets sick, you won't tell us because you don't want anyone to say they told you so.

There is a puppy mill in VA that I reported and hope they close them down.

Maybe I will check with the SPCA tomorrow about this kennel to see if they will check it out to see if more dogs can be saved. Just in case it is a puppy mill.
