Yorkies have hair not fur, so they do need to keep warm when it is cold- coats are not only cute but necessary. I buy a lot of mine online through many sites and then throughout many stores. Walmart carries many coats when it starts getting cold and they are very reasonable. Good luck- we dont use raincoats but definitely sweaters and coats. If you need a sweatshirt they need one.
