I recently made an offhand post about the green brush I'd purchased being too soft for my little Zoey. My point was that buyers should be careful to buy the proper brush for their pup's coat.

Jenny immediately offered me a refund, even though I'd used the brush. (And let me add, the problem was completely of my making...not Jenny's.) Anyway, I sent the green one back to her and she sent me a black one by return mail...which is totally
PERFECT for Zo.
**Ahem.** She also sent me a much appreciated and thoughtful gift, which is sure to bring me most excellent financial luck.
There is no way you will ever find a better person to deal with than Jenny.
