Well right now he is baby gated in the kitchen. Sometimes he ill sit by the baby gate but not all the time. If I let him down to walk outside himself, then he will potty on my floor, so what I do is carry him to the back door saying lets potty outside the whole way and then once we step onto the screened porch, I will let him down and then he goes outside on the grass by himself.. I do always let him walk back in by himself and then he will walk to the kitchen and wait for me to lift him over the gate.. I have slowly been giving him more rooms of the house, but not the ones with carpet yet. He does however get a last playtime of the night with my husband and I in our bed and then he goes to his crate for the night about 9:00..I ordered some belly bands so hopefully that will help me let him have more freedom. As of now, I am just spending most of my time in the kitchen. Also, how much sleep should he be getting a day? |
