I like the dark colors, too. The contrast between the colors is striking. Baby's gold is a very rich color, more like a russet and it really stands out against the black. The only thing with the dark ones is that the gold doesn't clear out as soon as you would see on a blue/gold. Baby still has some dark and silver hair on the top of her head but it should clear and go to gold. Her father didn't clear until he was over a year old.
