Chloe doesn't like to talk to other dogs she sees on tv/video...she prefers to yell and scream at them

I can't even watch animal planet without her going nuts ! She goes crazy everytime she sees another animal on the TV. Sometimes I like to pause it when something big , like a bear, is on the screen and watch her run around, bark , growl and go just a little crazy
