As I mom to adult children, I have to confess I wouldn't be too thrilled to have a brand new unhousebroken puppy come for a three day visit.
I bet your dad will feel differently when Sadie is older and has proper house manners.
At that age, I would be very worried about stress triggering hypoglycemia. 9-10 week old Yorkie puppies should still be with their mothers. It would be much safer to stay home and keep her quiet.
