Maddie is 2 and she has full run of the house while I am at work. I leave a t.v. on for her, she has her morning feeding, bathroom break before I leave, and I always leave a full water bowl. However, she was isolated a while before we reached this point. I have came home on several occasions for lunch and find her snuggled in the bed! Surprised to see me back so soon, and almost eager to get back to napping when I leave.
My newest furbaby is in her crate while I am gone. She has a blanket and a few toys. She does fine with this and I am gone for 8hrs. I don't like it, but have no choice
