Purely lack of knowledge is why I brought her home so early. The veterinarian that my breeder was using said the puppies could go to their new homes (it was in writing) so I thought that it was OK. When Missy started suffering from low blood sugar after I'd brought her home is when I found YT. I wish that I would have known better, I would have requested that the breeder keep her a little longer. Ya live, ya learn...I guess! I will not take my next Yorkie home before 10 weeks though, that's for sure.
