LOL he's not being rebellious he's being a Yorkie!
Chances are this will continue to take place for about another year.
Puppies have one thought in mind to play, run and tear up paper.
Take him for walks, tire him out, play in the house with him, train
him to sit, lay down etc. He's only 11wks don't expect much but keep
working with him, they are smart and catch on fast. They just never
seem to run out of energy at this age.
How about confining him to one room with the pee pad instead of the
crate? I no Buddy would tear up anything paper even today.
I never used the pad so perhaps someone else will better assist you.
