You do not want to give sugar to your pup if it does not need it, it can actually mess her insulin levels and actually make her have hypoglycemia.... Do some more research on how insulin ( it is a hormone ) levels behave and how to keep them stable... if your pup eats a premium food and has its naps during the day you should be fine ...
It is very good to have Nutrical on hand "just in case" you need it, but it should not be used as a "snack" or daily supplement if there is no need for it.
