Even if you do not know them ... it does not mean they would not be willing to talk to you. As long as you have the open registration on the dogs and breeders have allowed it they should be willing to give you advise and the best would be to try reach both breeders and discuss with them your plans??? I am sure after the first conversation you will be able to tell if they know their lines and so forth...
