My Thunder started humping at 3 months as well... Is he a bigger yorkie? He started when I gave him a stuffed dog, about the same size as him. Thats all he humps. I spoke to the vet about it, and he said it was very normal.
So, my suggestion would be to give him a stuffed toy or something the same size as him. Maybe he will learn only to hump that, and not your legs. Make sure your stuffed toy is safe though.
Also, I think some puppies need to be neutered a bit younger, depending on their size. I wouldnt stress about it like that, he's just a baby. Maybe talk to your vet next time you go for a vaccine or something. |
