I talked with her vet a bit more and she seems to think that the amount of protein might just be a problem for her. She has nothing against the high protein diet for them , but she says if her system just cant handle it for some reason , then it may be best to try a different food.
I really thought I had found "the one"
After the inital bowel adjustment period they both seemed fine and were going on a good schedule and both seemed happy with the food , so of course ...It couldn't last
So were trying Natures Balance LID diet Venison and sweet potato. I have always mixed this brand of wet food in with their wellness core dry food , so I know they love the flavor. Syd seems to be doing much better ( fingers crossed ) and her eratic pooing has stopped ( for now atleast..) Chloe didn't have a problem with the wellness but she too is eating the LID diet ( she wouldn't keep out of Syd's bowl...much to Syd's annoyance) and seems to love it...so we will see.
Here's hoping the Reign of poo terror has ended
