What a gorgeous bird!! So scary though!! Behind my house is a protected piece of land that's titled as a "bird sanctuary." I have seen owls and hawks quite a few times in my yard and it scares me to death. So much so that poor little Pixel can never take advantage of my large fenced in yard because his mommy is too paranoid lol I very rarely let him play in the yard without a leash on, unless we are going to play in the screened in pool. He NEVER is allowed outside alone either. I am sure it's rare, but with Pixel being less than 5 pounds, I am not taking the chance.
