Welcome to YT You need to give it time she’s still a puppy. You may want to consider limiting her space in the house until she’s fully trained. You need to place the pad in one location; too many locations will confuse your baby. In the mean time, you may want to remove any area rugs you have out. Also, if you have hard wood floor, I would recommend putting the pad there. Good Luck
