It sucks without power, we are on well water also so we don't have water either. I would think we will be back up by the weekend. Hurricanes suck! We have been hit 3 times in 13 months.
We didn't have our shutters on, so we watched it and you can't believe the power of these storms! It's just so scary.
Pita had no clue to be scared so she was ok with it. We have our windows open so she can hear all of the outside noises she's not used to so she is barking alot more! Thank goodness we have a cool spell now, so at least it's not hot and steamy like last year after the storms.
There's very little gas, limited food and very few businesses are running at full capacity. We had so much damage last year that alot of the city has new roofs and the vegetation was cleared by the storms then too. So this year the damage wasn't as severe. |
