At your young pups age the coat is right where it should be.....Yorkies usually aren't in full coat until approximately 2 years of age. At 6 months they are still in puppy coat.

Way too young to think about breeding her anyway. Enjoy her and let her be a pup. Do a lot of studying. If you're concerned I'd check on the past offspring of the sire....see what he's produced so far.
