Well they got brass one if they are willing to study and put that out as any good dog behaviourist will not recomend that kind of work on many dogs as it risks a dog with iffy behaiour and mental health concerns... in a normal dog if can instill fear and fear is not a way to train. Just cause it fast does not make it right to use on any dog.
