I have the same problem with Stella! She will go in for the treat but stretch so her hind legs stick out. I have to push them in and the quickly close the door. I want her to go in on her own. I have tried to make it plush by putting in towels and bedding but she will pee on them so I had to remove them (she is still in the process of being house trained). It is frustrating and I hope when she is fully trained I can place bedding in it and she will like it
